Gli orari sono in tempo reale?
No. Sono gli orari programmati che EAV pubblica come Open Data. Ritardi, deviazioni e corse soppresse possono cambiarli: in caso di dubbio fa fede la comunicazione ufficiale EAV, che trovi linkata nell'app.
Dove compro il biglietto?
Nelle rivendite autorizzate o con l'app Go EAV, prima di salire. Ischia Move non vende biglietti.
Perché l'app chiede la posizione?
Per mostrarti le fermate vicine, calcolare il tratto a piedi e avvisarti quando scendere. È facoltativa: puoi scegliere tu il punto di partenza. Dettagli nella privacy.
Non sono a Ischia: posso provarla?
Sì. Fuori dall'isola i viaggi partono dal porto di Ischia, oppure scegli tu la partenza.

Frequently asked questions
Are the times live?
No. They are the scheduled times EAV publishes as Open Data. Delays, diversions and cancelled runs can change them: when in doubt, EAV's official notices prevail, linked in the app.
Where do I buy a ticket?
At authorised resellers or with the Go EAV app, before boarding. Ischia Move doesn't sell tickets.
Why does the app ask for my location?
To show nearby stops, calculate the walk and alert you when to get off. It's optional: you can choose the starting point yourself. Details in the privacy policy.
I'm not in Ischia: can I try it?
Yes. Off the island, trips start from Ischia port, or you choose the starting point.
I found a wrong time
Write to us with line, stop and time: we'll check it against the official timetable.
I run a hotel or B&B: how can I recommend it to guests?
We'll send you a free sign with a QR code to display. Write to alessandro@ace-media.it with your property name and town.
How do I delete my data?
We have no accounts and no data on a server. What you save stays on your phone: uninstalling the app deletes it.
