Ischia Move è un'app indipendente per muoversi in autobus sull'isola d'Ischia. Non è affiliata a EAV né approvata da EAV. Non serve un account, non ci sono pubblicità e non tracciamo chi usa l'app. Questa pagina spiega come trattiamo i dati nell'app e su questo sito.

In breve

Non raccogliamo dati personali e non abbiamo un server con i tuoi dati.
Quello che salvi nell'app (hotel, luoghi, preferenze) resta sul tuo telefono.
Per alcune funzioni l'app chiede informazioni a servizi esterni (sotto l'elenco), senza dati che ti identificano.
Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione né cookie analitici.

L'app

Posizione

Se ci dai il permesso, l'app usa la posizione solo mentre è aperta, per mostrarti le fermate vicine, calcolare il tratto a piedi e avvisarti quando scendere. Non la salviamo.

Per calcolare i tempi a piedi, l'app manda le coordinate di partenza e di arrivo al servizio di percorsi OpenStreetMap routing.openstreetmap.de (FOSSGIS e.V.). La richiesta non contiene nomi, account o identificativi del telefono. Puoi usare l'app anche senza posizione, scegliendo tu il punto di partenza.

Ricerca di indirizzi e hotel

Quando cerchi un indirizzo o un hotel, il testo che scrivi va al servizio di ricerca Photon (komoot, dati OpenStreetMap) per trovare il luogo sull'isola.

Mappe

Le mappe sono quelle del sistema: Apple Maps su iPhone, Google Maps su Android. Per mostrarle il telefono scarica le immagini della mappa da Apple o da Google, secondo le loro informative.

Notifiche

Le notifiche (quando scendere, ultimo bus) sono programmate sul telefono. Non passano da un nostro server.

Aggiornamenti dell'app

All'apertura l'app controlla se c'è un aggiornamento sul servizio Expo (EAS Update). La richiesta contiene solo dati tecnici, come versione dell'app e sistema operativo.

Feedback

Se scegli "Invia un feedback", si apre WhatsApp e il messaggio segue l'informativa di WhatsApp. Ci scrivi solo se lo decidi tu.

Il sito

Hosting

Il sito è ospitato da Cloudflare. Come ogni server web, Cloudflare tratta l'indirizzo IP e i dati tecnici della richiesta (browser, pagina visitata) per consegnare le pagine e proteggere il sito da abusi. Non usiamo questi dati per altro.

Statistiche di visita

Per sapere quante persone visitano il sito usiamo Cloudflare Web Analytics, che secondo Cloudflare non usa cookie e non identifica il singolo visitatore. Contiamo anche, in forma anonima, i clic sui pulsanti per scaricare l'app: registriamo solo quale pulsante, la pagina e il paese di provenienza, senza indirizzo IP né identificativi.

I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati su questo sito: il tuo browser non contatta Google o altri servizi per scaricarli.

Contatti da hotel e strutture

Se ci scrivi per richiedere il cartello con il QR code, usiamo nome della struttura, email e telefono solo per risponderti e spedirti il materiale. Li conserviamo finché dura il rapporto con la tua struttura e poi li cancelliamo. Base giuridica: la tua richiesta.

Minori

L'app è adatta a tutti e non raccoglie dati di nessuno, minori compresi.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiederci in ogni momento di accedere ai dati che ti riguardano, correggerli o cancellarli, scrivendo a alessandro@ace-media.it. Per cancellare quello che hai salvato nell'app basta disinstallarla. Se ritieni che il trattamento non sia corretto puoi fare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Ischia Move is an independent app for getting around the island of Ischia by bus. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by EAV. No account is needed, there are no ads and we don't track app users. This page explains how we handle data in the app and on this website.

In short

We don't collect personal data and we have no server holding your data.
What you save in the app (hotel, places, preferences) stays on your phone.
For some features the app asks external services for information (listed below), without data that identifies you.
The website uses no profiling or analytics cookies.

The app

Location

If you allow it, the app uses your location only while it is open, to show nearby stops, calculate the walk and alert you when to get off. We don't store it.

To calculate walking times, the app sends the start and end coordinates to the OpenStreetMap routing service routing.openstreetmap.de (FOSSGIS e.V.). The request contains no names, accounts or device identifiers. You can use the app without location by choosing the starting point yourself.

Searching addresses and hotels

When you search for an address or a hotel, the text you type goes to the Photon search service (komoot, OpenStreetMap data) to find the place on the island.

Maps

Maps are the system ones: Apple Maps on iPhone, Google Maps on Android. To show them, your phone downloads map images from Apple or Google, under their privacy policies.

Notifications

Notifications (when to get off, last bus) are scheduled on your phone. They don't go through any server of ours.

App updates

When it opens, the app checks for updates on the Expo service (EAS Update). The request contains only technical data, such as app version and operating system.

Feedback

If you choose "Send feedback", WhatsApp opens and the message follows WhatsApp's privacy policy. You only write to us if you decide to.

Timetable data

The website

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the IP address and technical request data (browser, page visited) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use this data for anything else.

Visit statistics

To know how many people visit the site we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which according to Cloudflare uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We also count, anonymously, clicks on the download buttons: we record only which button, the page and the country, with no IP address or identifiers.

Fonts

Fonts are hosted on this website: your browser doesn't contact Google or other services to download them.

Contacts from hotels and properties

If you write to us to request the QR code sign, we use the property name, email and phone only to reply and send you the material. We keep them for as long as we work with your property, then delete them. Legal basis: your request.

Children

The app is suitable for everyone and collects no one's data, children included.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete data about you by writing to alessandro@ace-media.it. To delete what you saved in the app, just uninstall it. If you believe the processing is not lawful you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

If we change this policy we update the date at the top.
